Olivia has spent the last twelve years recruiting HR & Change professionals and now focuses at the senior end of the market, searching for HR leaders and their teams. She spends every day networking within the international HR marketplace, and draws her energy from honing her knowledge of the wide-ranging skills, capabilities, and priorities within the ever-changing landscape of Human Resources. Key to her success is the unrivalled network of HR professionals which she and the Tucker Stone team have nurtured and grown over the years, and which gives them the best opportunity to find the right person for each of their clients. She is engaged and stimulated by the challenge that every one of her searches is unique.
Olivia has championed the role that Tucker Stone plays in the HR search space – as a valued and challenging partner to clients, and a loyal and proactive advocate of their candidates. All of Tucker Stone’s work comes from referrals from within their network, and that is something that Olivia is most proud of. She also embraces the fact that Tucker Stone is called upon when there is a critical need for their search service. The reasons vary but it is frequently because of a highly confidential search, a rare set of skills, a reputational challenge, or the need for an agile, fast-paced approach.
Life before setting up Tucker Stone involved reading English at Magdalene College, Cambridge. After graduating, Olivia worked at BBC Worldwide, before being persuaded to join OrtusHR, where she met Hugo Tucker, and was bitten by the HR recruitment bug and her fate was sealed.
Olivia lives in Suffolk with her husband, Adam, an archaeologist, and their two children, Florence & Theo, and their dog, Juno.

Hugo has over 21 years’ experience working in the resourcing industry, the last fourteen of which have been in HR recruitment. He has a passion for recruitment and enjoys working at a senior level across a diverse range of clients. He recognises the poor reputation the industry has (and unfortunately often deserves) and relishes breaking that mould.
In the first six years of his recruitment career he worked in search and selection across all industry sectors recruiting a breadth of positions. This included setting up a practice for Harvey Nash, building a new business called Boldly Go and joining a new solution sales team at Hudson Plc.
In 2002 Hugo joined a leading marketing recruiter to build a new practice focusing on HR. OrtusHR quickly grew to be the third biggest division within the group with offices in Leeds and London. After four years, he was headhunted to join Bullet Search as an equity partner to capitalise on a fledgling HR practice. Hugo started Tucker Stone in 2010 with his long suffering colleague Olivia Stone.
Founding Tucker Stone has been a truly liberating experience, it has allowed Hugo and Olivia to build an honest, relationship driven recruitment business that focuses on best practice and instinct. Hugo enjoys recruiting across all specialisms but is particularly experienced in Group HR Director appointments.
Hugo’s clients are diverse and include: KPMG, Kantar, Munich Re, Interserve, Channel Four, Nike and The Lifeways Group.
Hugo lives in Surrey with his wife Maithili, their three children, Poppy, Lyra and Bertie and Mr Bojangles, a Doberman trapped in a miniature Dachshund’s body. Hugo likes to cook and play tennis when he can.

Matt has specialised in Human Resources recruitment throughout his career. His experience has been gained within 3 market leading, boutique, search and selection businesses.
He is recognised in the market for providing results in a personable, pragmatic, fast and professional manner. Integrity, honesty and transparancy are core values that Matt prides himself on throughout all client and candidate interactions.
He began his HR search career over 14 years ago with Astralis, delivering mid and senior level HR generalist and functional specialist mandates. After specialising for 7 years, he diversified into general management board search with Osprey Clarke before returning to specialise in HR with Paskpartnership in 2013.
Matt leads searches across the UK and mainland Europe for leadership positions across the L&OD, Reward, Resourcing, Talent, IR, HR Ops and Generalist HR space.
Matt joined Tucker Stone as a Director where he will continue to focus on senior HR appointments across all industry sectors and geographies.
Matt lives in Hertfordshire with his wife Dianne and has three step children James, Thomas & Isabel. Outside of work Matt plays tennis, regularly attends the gym, loves watching live music and tries to escape to the coast as much as possible (any coastline, any weather!)
Director -Interim Practice
I’m passionate about the interim HR market and the benefits that an experienced consultant can bring to an organisation; often at a very difficult and challenging time. I love partnering with business leaders to help identify candidates who can have an immediate impact.
Mark has 13 years recruitment experience with the last 9 years specialising in interim Human Resources recruitment. This experience has predominantly been gained within 2 well known HR recruitment brands.
He began his HR recruitment career in 2010 with Digby Morgan, delivering mid-to-senior level interim HR generalist and functional specialist hires. Following a brief period with a local HR search and interim management business, Mark spent nearly 6 years with Frazer Jones where he led the Interim Practice across Commerce and Industry.
Over this time, the relationships he has made with clients and candidates alike have grown into a network that spans all industry sectors and numerous geographies.
Mark joined Tucker Stone as a Director where he leads on all senior interim HR appointments across the L&OD, Reward, Resourcing, Talent, HR Ops and Generalist HR space.
Mark lives in Berkshire with his wife Sharyn and their two children Joshua & Isla. Outside of work, when he’s not operating as a taxi service for his children, Mark enjoys cooking, playing guitar and going to the gym when he can.

Beth has spent the last 15 years of her career working in recruitment, and the last 13 years specialising in HR recruitment, working for Digby Morgan, a specialist HR recruitment company. Beth lead a team of Consultants and recruited at all levels across the HR function on both a permanent and interim basis.
Beth joined Tucker Stone as their ethos of honest, relationship driven recruitment is very much aligned to her own style. With 13 years’ experience in the HR recruitment market, Beth has developed a strong network of HR Professionals and thrives on developing and nurturing these relationships. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors including Financial Services, Technology, Media and Not for Profit.
Beth lives in Twickenham with her husband, Robin and their two children, Thomas and William. When she has any spare time, Beth enjoys playing the flute, singing and socialising with friends over a glass of wine or two.
I love getting under the skin of my clients, working as a true partner on a long term basis. Networking is what I do best so to be part of a team who care as passionately as I do about relationships and the HR community is fantastic.
Luke has spent over 17 years in the recruitment sector and became an HR specialist in 2006. Luke is a real advocate for consultative recruitment and long term relationships and this mantra drives him in his day to day interaction with clients and HR professionals. He chose HR as a specialist path as it’s so deeply connected to people and their different personalities and motivations. Every day is different and it isn’t a simple case of finding people with a technical understanding of HR; fit and cultural alignment with an organisation is so fundamental and he thrives off this as a constant intellectual challenge.
Luke has worked with a number of specialist HR recruitment businesses over the years and joined Tucker Stone as the relationship driven ethos is so aligned with his own. He has a breadth of experience covering all HR disciplines across a multitude of sectors including professional services, property and construction, FMCG and the Third sector. He’ll continue building his established network and always thinks there are new things to learn in an ever changing marketplace. Luke’s clients include CBRE, Lloyds Register & Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Luke lives by the sea in Brighton with Carly and their mischievous Beagle – Roy. He’s an adrenaline junkie with a love of rugby and snowboarding with lots of injuries to prove it!

Moyra brings over twenty five years’ experience working in HR search and senior HR leadership roles for well-known FMCG and retail brands. Having run a successful HR search firm for ten years where she partnered with a number of globally recognised organisations across diverse sectors to help them attract the best talent, Moyra has recently made the move to Tucker Stone as Associate Director, to work as part of a larger team. Moyra leads searches across the UK and mainland Europe for leadership positions across the L&OD, Reward, ResourcingTalent, IR, HR Ops and Generalist HR space. In addition to Moyra’s search background/expertise, she is also a qualified Executive Coach having successfully completed the Professional Certificate in Coaching at Henley Business School and works with a range of clients in leadership and career coaching.
Moyra lives in West Berkshire and is married to Nick and has one step-daughter Amy (now living in Australia). Outside of work Moyra loves to spend time walking her dog in the countryside, catching up with friends and enjoying good food and wine. Any excuse to travel features highly on Moyra’s agenda – be that to Cornwall, Greece or farther afield!

Dominic has over 25 years of experience in the EMEA Talent Advisory and Executive Search marketplace. He was a Director at Harvey Nash through the nineties and then a Partner at Gillamor Stephens for 13 years until spring 2017, delivering Executive Search work for Technology and Digitally centric organisations across EMEA, over a number of functional areas. Clients included Deloitte, Apple, BT, Experian, Ladbrokes, CGI, but also numerous SME’s and VC backed organisations.
He has built an enviable Executive HR and Talent Leadership network over this time, gaining a trusted advisor reputation in this field. “Working with Hugo and Olivia at Tucker Stone was a natural progression, as HR relationships are very much their currency too.”
Dominic also partners with RTM (www.thisisrtm.com) who deliver leading edge Talent Strategy Solutions, which constantly provides Dominic with further breadth and insight when in Executive Search discussions regarding HR and Talent leaders.

Victoria was born in West Yorkshire where she graduated from the University of Leeds with a Master’s of Science (Biodiversity and Conservation). Firmly bitten by the travel bug, Victoria then lived and worked in various countries around the world including Kenya and India, before coming back to the UK and joining Tucker Stone as the Team Assistant in August 2016.
As Research Manager, Victoria identifies the most appropriate candidates in line with our consultants’ search assignments, working in partnership with them to enable them to work efficiently, thoroughly and with utmost integrity and accuracy. Victoria is highly organised and an expert in all things admin – she also ran a pub in Australia!
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys playing her guitar, singing and going to the gym. Her positivity, which she insists is a Northern trait, brightens up the office on a daily basis.
Recruitment is fundamentally about getting people together and I love making sure our candidates can rely on my support to get them to the right place at the right time.
Tennille was born and grew up in New South Wales Australia, before moving to London in June 2019.
She has over five years work experience in Administrative roles and prides herself on her attention to detail and strong communication skills. In her last role before leaving Australia, she was a Customer Support Agent for a University Campus, where she inevitably honed her diplomatic skills liaising with parents and students.
In her spare time, Tennille enjoys travelling and exploring new cities and countries, ideally finding new cafes and restaurants to experience. Given how far away she is from home, she also enjoys Face Timing her family and dog (Mylie!) in Australia.
